How To Qualfy For Legal Aid In Montana:
To qualify for legal aid, you must typically meet two requirements:1. Income requirements: Most legal aid organizations have income limits. You must earn below a certain amount of money to be eligible for services. The income limit varies from state to state and from organization to organization, but it is typically around 125% of the federal poverty level.
