What legal problem are looking for help on?
My fiance and I purchased a home. The mortgage is paid monthly directly to the previous home owner. We had a joint checking account but my fiance took all but a few dollars out of the account and opened a checking account in his name only. So now it looks like he's the only one paying the mortgage. I want to move out but not sure how to get back what I put into the house or can the house be sold and divided equally?
