Hi I need help please. I have and am going through trying to uphold the charges by my ex fiancé and to be stop watching the police go around the judges orders and help this man because he’s excellent at manipulation and fooled myself, my entire family and everyone around him. Even though my protective order was being served and I had no where to go I had to let him off the lease and I have been through so much trauma and stalking and abuse of every type. I can’t get peace. He won’t follow the commissioners orders and he has lied to everyone including the police. I am supposed to be able to have assistance for the documentation of his lies and how to help myself in court and they will not respond and the prosecutor had me calling and leaving him and the advocates messages. I warned them with him having upcoming assault charges and he had been working and I had not, he kept threatening and I left messages saying it’s getting worse. He won’t allow me to call so I had to leave and call and nobody will or has called back and he attacked me and somehow even thought I was hurt he almost had me arrested. I hadn’t touched him and I got this on tape that he’s admitting to lying to police, saying he has been following me and has hurt me and he said now you can help me drop these assault charges and I won’t let them charge you. I am supposed to be protected and I cannot receive anything but cruelty and if anything they’ve helped him. They are not answering or returning my calls and I am asking them to please let me bring in the evidence. This won’t happen because they won’t help. I had to let him walk away from the lease because I had nowhere else to go and he shut the utilities off and the police made me wait in the car while he loaded with three seperate cars all he wanted and broke my things before leaving and was also ordered to not stop utilities or accounts but he was allowed by the police to do all of this and have his family in and out of my place loading up all they could and let him turn the accounts off and we owed on my account from our previous unit. I am not able to have peace. He has continued to come back for “essentials” and I’m unloading all he asks and giving it over and over and then hear police telling him how to get more and they are rude to me. My ex husband and I have 3 children and he won’t leave them alone and has caused a custody battle. He’a turned every person I know against me. Even had my parents not believing me for a time. He’s got everyone in this haze and it’s all a lie. I am struggling to turn the utilities on in my name. He left right when rent was due and paid nothing. He left our debt from our previous place having the utilities in my name and then he said they were taken care of and said he’d put them in my name. He’s lied about that and it’s 1,000 almost to turn my gas and power on and then to come up with a phone and pay that bill and no idea how I can do this. He’s taken more than I can ever put a price tag on. I am lost here and the justice system isn’t working. Please help. Court is again on the 10th for protective order to hold and also the court charges that he had put against me is a lie and I have documentation that not even a court clerk will help with. He’s an ax con and was a violent offender. I fell for his story of being recovered from that life and it was the beginning of my prison and the situation will not stop. Still having him trying to manipulate around the court orders and I am tired and can’t do this alone anymore. I need help. Please. I am not working yet. I’m supposed to start a job Monday morning and it’s not enough to cover all the bills that he wanted to pay. He said he wanted me to take time to figure out what I wanted to do and he also kept me from going anywhere without him following me and he kept me isolated from everyone. Please help me get this evidence in and please what happens when the police are fooled too and he continues?

I am having serious issues of harassment by the property manager where I live. I have tried to contact the management company, it seems as she has the okay to abuse her power of authority. I love my home, but I hate the eggshells that I walk on. It is so stressful and I already have medical problems. I have not been late on one rent payment in the 4 years living here. But recieve comply or vacate notices with lies and harassment.

I need to get temporary guardianship of my grandchildren. I have 3 that are living with me and already have guardianship of the oldest.
