I called this afternoon, and the man who answered the phone was so incredibly condescending, with only knowing about 1.5 minutes worth of information. This is truly terrible. I am a polite person, and to be treated so rudely with no provocation, and to be condescending to (regardless of ability) was ridiculous. Y'all should be ashamed of your clerks. They shouldn't work in a field that purports to help people.

To whom it may concern, I have tried numerous times to reach someone regarding a tenant issue in an apartment building of which I reside in. I need to discuss this A.S.A.P.

Hi, I am looking to see about representation in the following matter. I have a qdro already signed by all parties including the judge and filed with the plan administrator since 2-19-2014. My ex is now seeking to retire and is trying to modify the property order stating he thought I got half of his retirement account as of the final day of our divorce, an instead it shows I am actually getting a fractional share. He is stating he would of never agreed to this, and I'm looking for advice on how to handle this. I have copies of my qdro and the motion to change the property order and looking for advice and the cost it would be to represent me in this, or if I should just accept what the total was as of our final day of divorce as he is stating. Thank you for your time in this, I was told the hearing wouldn't be until after the 20th, and just saw this in my email now as I have been down sick. I can forward the signed qdro and motion from his attorney if needed from my email if further information is needed.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
