Me and my husband fighting for SSI. We just moved to Lancaster county. Our landlord still has not fixed propane take that has a leaky valve. Can a landlord or his maintenance man who have keys can just let themselves in without notice? They also never give 24 or 48 hour notice before they show up. The landlord also refuses to sign rent receipt.
