I HAD A CASE IN 1997 AND APPARENTLY LANCASTER IS SEEKING FEES DATING BACK TO THAT YEAR. THESE FEES I WAS UNAWARE OF BECAUSE I HAD MOVED TO NEW YORK AND WAS IN CONTACT WITH MY PROBATION OFFICER PROVIDING PAY STUBS AS REQUIRED AND CONTACT INFORMATION OF WHERE I WAS LIVING AT THE TIME. I HAD COMPLETED MY PROBATION AND WAS NEVER TOLD OF THESE FEES. I NEED HELP IN GETTING THIS MATTER RESOLVED. NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE IF POSSIBLE.

Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
