MidPenn Legal Services is a non-profit, public-interest law firm dedicated to providing equal access to justice and high quality civil legal services to low-income residents and survivors of domestic violence in 18 counties in Central Pennsylvania. In order to be eligible you must meet 125% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Need advice regarding eviction (I am tenant) with a month-to-month lease. Owner has sold the property and current owner handed us a note to vacate in 30 days. Our lease has a clause stating a new owner cannot terminate lease. Do we have any options?
