I signed up with a landlord on Seavy Loop in Eugene to rent a room for $650 a month with the understanding I could work off the rent for future months. I worked and painted for him thru Christmas and had to leave to finish some work in California. I let him know and he was ok with it. Upon returning I found he had destroyed personal property belonging to me and the land lord threw all my clothes and tools into a mobile home on the property and told me he wanted me to move out by the end of the month..Because of Covid-19 I understood landlords covid not do this. Can you help me?

I am looking for a lawyer or public defender to help me with my court case in Lane county Oregon. I am trying to get visitation with my son, my exwife won't follow the parenting plan anymore and I have not seen my son in almost 4yrs.

I need an attorney for what should be an open and shut case, I've done all the work, just don't know how to present it so that it is heard by someone who will have to do something about it. I'm owed over $20,000 which I'm willing let whatever attorney that helps me have every dime of! It's not about the money to me anymore its the fact that they are now saying I owe them and that my business wasn't real.

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
