Oregon Law Center (OLC) is a non-profit organization that provides free legal assistance on civil matters to low-income clients in Oregon. The mission of the Oregon Law Center is to achieve justice for the low-income communities of Oregon by providing a full range of the highest quality civil legal services.
The Portland Regional Office of OLC serves low-income clients in the counties of Clackamas,Crook, Hood River, Deschutes, Jefferson, Multnomah, Sherman, Wasco. We primarily accept cases referred by our legal aid partner offices, Legal Aid Services of Oregons Portland Regional Office and Central Oregon Regional Office, and cases referred by community-based organizations. The cases we typically receive by referral are in the areas of employment, housing, consumer and mortgage fraud, and public benefits.

This is especially true for low-income Oregonians because they are more likely than the average person to need help with domestic violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination,Social Security, health care, housing, consumer problems or employment issues.
