Hi my name is Viviana I’m a subtenant (Sublessee)the contract of the room I rent end in Agust and the master tenent ask me to live ....I didn’t aspected he will not renewing the contract I pay every single month in time( even in this difficult time of pandemic I lost my job but I was able to find on other one I have 4 hours commute to my new job but I accept just to be able to still pay my rent ) ,I’m a quite and clean person never give any reason to create problems.Which one are my right? I pay this month but he locked the laundry room so I can’t use it anymore.Call me bitch ....and use really offensive words to me .He tell I don’t have any right because I’m just a subtenant .Pls I need help I already try to find other place but is not easy I need assistance.thanks in advance
