I am looking for help getting started on a conservatorship over my wife Ralina a Degele. She is in a memory care unit in Helena, I live in Columbus. I am forced to sell the house but it is in both of our names. She is long past being capable of signing her name, late stage dementia. We have no other assets but the residence where I reside. She has two children who would not contest me becoming her conservator. I took care of her for 7 1/2years until I couldn't handle her anymore. She has been at Edgewood in Helena since late August last year. My gross adjusted income for last year was $8223.00 please help!

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
