Criminal federal matter
I need help with financial aid to pursue my case regarding my minor son. I need to petition the court for a termination of temporary guardianship, request a change of venue due to judge misconduct (which I can prove) and also find out if the guardianship order is even valid because it was drafted fraudulently, notarized fraudulently and in court I was denied access to my own representation by the judge and ordered to comply to outlandish terms and again denied my right to provide proof to dispute false allegations. I hope for a change of venue and a new hearing with an attorney there for ME. All court proceedings are video/audio recorderd, so i imagine its possible to access my day in court where i was denied counsel previously.
