CASA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community based organization established in 1994 to assist and support immigrants of all nationalities. CASA works to enhance opportunities for immigrants through legal representation and education. CASA focuses its efforts on strengthening immigrant families while helping individuals achieve independence.

Victim Assistance
CASA provides free legal services to some immigrants that have been victims of domestic violence or other qualifying crimes in the U.S.

CASAs immigration assistance and form preparation service provide clients with guidance and assistance in submitting immigration applications to USCIS. Our group of specially certified paralegals provide this service together with the support of our team of  attorneys.

The first appointment with the paralegals costs $35.
