Bay Area Legal Services provides free civil legal help to eligible residents of our five-county service area, and seniors and veterans across the state of Florida.
We provide all of our services free of charge thanks to the generosity of the community.
Bay Area Legal Services Plant City provides free civil legal services to low-income residents of eastern Hillsborough County, Florida. They offer a wide range of legal services, including:
Housing: Help with evictions, foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes, and other housing issues.
Family and Children: Help with divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, and other family law issues.
Abuse and Safety: Help with domestic violence, elder abuse, and human trafficking.

Seniors: Help with wills, trusts, Medicaid, and other seniors' legal issues.
Self-Help Resources: Provide self-help resources and legal information to help people understand their legal rights and options.

Benefits and Health: Help with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and other benefits and health issues.
Disaster Relief: Help with FEMA appeals, insurance claims, and other disaster-related legal issues.
