Good Morning, I am trying to help my sister in law with some legal advice and help in her divorce. She is from CA and is currently staying with us in Prescott Valley. She does not work (She stays at home with her daughter). Her husband is currently still in CA. Is there a way to get her going in a direction with little to no cost even though she is not currently a resident? Thank you so much for your time.

Divorced in 2013. I qualify for QDRO and it’s stated in divorce papers. Sent to Boeing and they refused it because I don’t have proper paperwork. Can you help me?

My social security is $2009.00 per month . I’m a senior citizen and I have a verified medical condition from toxic black mold. I need to file bankruptcy but I don’t have the funds. I no longer qualify for food stamps and I have to eat a special diet to keep my mold illness at bay. I have zero assets and my rent is $1400 and I have a car payment of $454 . I have maxed out all my credit card and I’m extremely stressed which exaggerates mold toxicity. Can anybody help?

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
