Our offices are located in downtown Atlanta, East Point, Decatur, Marietta, and Lawrenceville, as well as through our Health Law Partnership where attorneys are housed at Scottish Rite, Egleston and Hughes Spalding childrens hospitals.

Trying to close husbands estate have filed an amendment to Probate Court three times and rejected twice. I sent the last one in one week ago so I don't know the status of it. Can I get free legal help on this matter?

Important Information

Legal Aid Funding
Legal aid professionals and organizations oftentimes receive government funding for taking on cases with those who cannot afford attorneys. For the most part, funding is limited so legal aid entities can only take on a limited amount of cases. Qualifications are often rigid.
